Ingredient Notes:
Greek Yogurt: Use plain Greek yogurt here. Greek yogurt will provide the creaminess you want, and add in some protein to this recipe that will fill you up!
Feta: You know I love my feta (and anything Greek). In order to ensure you buy the best stuff in your grocery store, make sure to look for feta that is made with sheep’s milk (and/or goat’s milk), it shouldn’t have cow’s milk in the mix. Next, try to find feta made in Greece. This is the motherland of feta, and will make the real deal!
Cauliflower: I mixed in cauliflower to this recipe but you could also mix in whatever veggies you have on hand for different spins on this yummy whipped feta dip.
