Hello! I am making this for a group of 15 people and I would like to know how many servings this would make in case I need to prepare to double the recipe. Can’t wait to share it!
Hey Angel, I am so sorry I didn’t include that. I have updated it now. Servers around 4-5 people! Good luck and please let me know how it goes!
Definitely 5 stars! First time I’d made potato salad since becoming vegan and I wasn’t entirely sure how to get all the textures and consistency right. I followed this almost exactly and really had a gorgeous dish that all the non vegans and vegans alike thought was super tasty, regardless of the lack of all the usual ingredients. So, so nice!! Thank you xx
Thank you so much Lizzie! Glad you enjoyed it!
