I love this time of year because it revolves around food, family, and friends. However, making your holiday dinners vegan can be challenging when everyone thinks of holiday food like turkey, turkey, and more turkey. What I did was go through and compile my 50 favorite vegan Christmas recipes to help make holiday meal planning way easier for you this year.

I cut one of your recipes out if a Co-Op magazine to try. Broccoli, spinach & apple salad. I punched holes in it to put in a binder and punched out the amount of broccoli needed. Are you able to supply that please?
