Sharing my 6 favorite tofu marinade recipes that can be used on feta, protein, veggies, and more!
Tofu is, of course, one of those go-to plant-based proteins that are a staple in most vegetarian or vegan diets. For me, I find tofu can be pretty bland and unexciting, however, I look at it as more of a base to create whatever you want with. There are so many delicious ways to prep tofu and cook tofu. You can fry it, make it crispy or soft, and BBQ it, the options are endless. That’s why I wanted to share some of my favorite tofu marinade (that can be used on more than just tofu.. read more to find out) recipes to help inspire you this summer. The best part? You can use these marinades on more than just tofu. Put them on veggies, feta, chicken/meat, etc.

Ingredients:
Honey Garlic: This is the perfect sweet but savory marinade. I love the sweetness of honey combined with the flavors of garlic and other spices. It’s unique, and it’s delicious.
Chipotle: Combining chipotle seasoning with the sweetness of maple syrup, this marinade also has a sweet and savory flavor to it. It’s a great vegetable marinade for grilling too!
Cilantro-Lime: I find the combination of cilantro and lime in the summertime to be so refreshing. This makes for a great chicken marinade as well!
Thai Peanut: Peanut butter, chili paste, tamari, this beautiful marinade is perfect for marinating tofu or protein to throw into a Thai noodle bowl or salad.
Pickled: In my recipe below I used this one on radishes and it was so good and dilly. However, you can also use it on any veggie or protein you wish!
Herbed: A mix of a bunch of herbs makes for the most flavorful of marinades. This can be used on peppers as I used it, or you can put it on tofu, or anything you like.
