Okay, I know it’s not summer yet, but this recipe will make you feel like it is. The fresh strawberries and cucumber offer a mix of sweet and savory in this easy strawberry cucumber salad recipe that is a perfect way to add a pop of color to your dinner table (or any meal).

How to make strawberry cucumber salad:
- Thinly slice the strawberries, cucumber, red onion, and basil. If the mint leaves are small. However, if they are large, slice as well.
- Mix and arrange all of the ingredients onto a large platter or in a bowl.
- To make the dressing, add all of the ingredients to a small bowl, and mix to combine.
- Evenly pour the dressing over top of the salad for presentation.
- Toss the salad prior to serving.
