When I stumbled upon @partiureceber Fig Carpaccio with Prosciutto I just KNEW I needed to try this with baked feta and white honey balsamic vinegar!

Here’s the thing about me…. I grew up on figs every summer growing up in Greece. AND While YOUR family was busy sightseeing historic landmarks in Greece MY FAMILY was STUFFED in a 5 seater car with 8 of us looking over a dodgy cliff top you can’t wait to hear this one.

So, When I say my family would literally die for figs, I’m not joking! Let me paint a picture for you. Imagine the Koutsogiannis family (and then some) on a busy road surrounded by clifftops. Father Koutsogiannis pulls over to the nearest edge of said cliff top, runs across traffic to get onto private property and steals their figs! I can promise you I didn’t steal these figs, but you will be willing to climb mountains for this one!

The merging of two countries! Italy 🤝 Greece. This is what would happen if Greek Salad + Peaches + Panzanella made a baby! And guess what? It’s outrageously fantastic.

While some are welcoming pumpkin, I’m still bidding farewell to summer’s beautiful produce. This is the perfect salad to enjoy on a late summer’s night. It’s so easy to make and the dressing soaked bread is like something out of a Notebook movie scene. All you need is 10 minutes of prep time and 10 minutes of cook time.

OH Shrimp, where do I start! I love you! What a versatile, easy and quick to cook high protein.. protein. I’m sorry people don’t always know how to cook you. Overcooked or rubbery, what a shame. THAT MADNESS ALL STOPS NOW! I am a shrimp expert, bold, I know. I have certainly mastered the techniques to making the most buttery, juicy and crispy prawns so I’m excited for this one. As Magna Cum Lade Shrimp Connoisseur, I present to you Shrimp Meatballs. Last year I developed a Shrimp Pattie recipe and it turned out SO good we just knew we needed to create a 🏀 ⚾️ ⚽️ ball 🏐🎾🏉concept… so this is over a year in the making.

I’m happy to report that this whole meal comes together in under 25 minutes and the balls come out perfect EVERYTIME.

Since the shrimp are processed and ground, there’s less room for air since we’re evenly distributing the protein through a ball mixed with bread crumbs and tangy beautiful feta *duhhhhh*. Paired with seasonal, jammy zucchini and dainty, elegant capellini 😘 You’re like 3 bites away from falling in love 🤩

When you think of Greek food you probably think of the delicious Greek Chicken Gyros but has anyone ever introduced you to juicy, tender, fragrant AF, zesty and herby Bifteki. The texture is unlike any dry, dull, boring patty you’ve ever had. It’s hilarious to me that I only just started posting meat 10 months ago because I truly am the best at making the most tender and flavourful meals using any protein.

You’ll usually find these served with tzatziki, homemade olive oil pan-fried potatoes, a Greek salad and!!! fluffy pita. This type of Greek food defined and carved my childhood - I hope you enjoy!
