All you need is seven ingredients – ones that you probably already have in your pantry and 10 minutes of active prep time + proofing and 30 minutes of cook time! Here’s all you need — you got this bestie! DONT FORGET TO SERVE THESE WITH TZATZIKI OR RANCH!

- 3 cups bread flour (or all purpose flour) - we used @bobsredmill
- 3/4 cup warm water
- 6 tbsp warm whole milk
- 1 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp active dry yeast - @fleischmannsyeast
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 1/2 tsp salt - @diamondcrystalsalt

The moment I discovered I could turn ANY protein into balls, it was game over for anything store-bought. When I tell you these trout balls come out perfectly cooked, juicy and 200% better than anything you’ve ever bought frozen you better believe me! They’re giving fish cakes with all the characteristics of a meatball. Seared on a pan to start developing the dish flavours and then finished nestled in with all the creamy orzo and green onions (one of my FAV ingredients EVERRRRR).

I used @bapcertification @colemunrofoods trout responsibly raised in Ontario in these Juicy Trout Balls! @bapcertification is an aquaculture certification program that exists to ensure your seafood is being sourced responsibly. They ensure that farmed seafood meets four key requirements – environmental responsibility, worker safety and welfare, food safety and animal health & welfare through the production chain.

Look for the blue stamp of approval on the packaging to know your fish is BAP-certified!

When you think of Greek desserts you probably think of Baklava but has anyone ever introduced you to Moist Greek Yogurt Coffee Cake?! The texture is unlike any dry, dull, boring cake you’ve ever had. It’s incredibly easy to make and pairs gorgeous with a morning brew, as a dessert or as a sweet snack! Coffee cakes don’t traditionally have coffee in them but I thought that since coffee is a prerequisite for chocolate because it heightens the flavors… it should technically do the same in a moist coffee cake. I WAS RIGHT! The subtle hints of coffee are so glorious. The cake is so moist, the streusel is perfectly sweet, and just the right amount of crunchy!

This is truly the simplest family dinner! Not only is is easy AF but it’s DELICOUS!! I mean, common, look at that texture and the cheeeese. Fluffy rice, juicy cooked to perfection chicken, broccoli and cheese… damn. What I love most about this dish is that if teaches the techniques to cooking with passion and instinct! Not everything has to be over complicated, one pot recipes are the best and pack punch! Cooking the chickecn on high heat till seared to perfection brings a base level of flavours to this dish that you can’t ignore!

You can serve this dish as is or with a side of steamed greens or a fresh fall salad!
