Clean and remove the ends of the green onion sprigs, and set aside.
Place a pan over medium-high heat and add the prepared green onion.
Cook until the green onion is roasted on all sides. About 5 – 10 minutes.
Remove the green onions from heat and allow to cool on a cutting board.
Once cooled, finely chop the green onion and add to a medium-sized bowl.
Add the softened butter and spices, and mix well until combined.
Transfer the butter onto a sheet of parchment paper and roll into a log.
Freeze or refrigerate until ready to use! This is the perfect thing to add and spice up any dish!
