Milton’s Four Cheese Cauliflower Crust Pizza

arugula

olive oil

lemon juice

thinly sliced red onion
1/2
cup
cucumber ribbons
1/4
tsp
salt

chili flakes
1/4
tsp
ground pepper
Instructions
Bake Milton’s Four Cheese Cauliflower Crust Pizza according to package directions.
While the pizza is cooking prep the salad: add arugula, thinly sliced red onion and cucumber ribbons to a bowl.
Whisk together the olive oil, juice half lemon, salt, pepper and chili flakes. Pour over and mix the salad.
Remove the pizza from the oven when done cooking and top with arugula salad. Serve immediately.
