Ingredients

ripe mangos, diced

chopped cilantro

red onion, diced small

tomatoes, seeds removed and diced small
juice
of 1 lime (about 3-4 tbsp)

jalapeno, seeds remove and diced
Instructions
Toss together all of the ingredients. Taste and adjust seasoning with more salt if needed.
Serve immediately with your favourite tortilla chips or store in the fridge for up to 2 days.
