👩‍🍳 How to Make Immunity Shots

  1. To a large glass jar add the pressed garlic cloves, lemon juice, ginger juice, honey, and warm water. Whisk until the ingredients are fully combined. Alternatively, you can add all ingredients (except the olive oil) to a blender and blend on high until fully combined.
  2. Pour into 4 small cups or shot glasses and top each shot with 1.5 tsp olive oil and then enjoy immediately in one full gulp. Leftovers can be stored in the fridge in an airtight container for up to 2 days

🗒 Variations

  • Add Honey: You can add honey to this recipe to make them more sweet.
  • Citrus: All citrus fruit is packed with vitamin C so feel free to swap the lemon juice for lime, orange, or grapefruit juice, or a mixture of them.
  • Add Spice: For an added kick you can add a pinch of cayenne pepper or turmeric.

🗒 Substitutions

  • Ginger Juice: If you can’t find ginger juice you can make this recipe with fresh ginger. Peel ginger and blend with water until smooth. Here is a recipe you can follow.
  • Lemon Juice: Swap lemon juice for lime juice or orange juice instead.
  • Garlic: If the garlic is too much for you, you can add less or eliminate it.

👝 How to Store Leftovers

Store Immunity Shots in your fridge for up to 4 days. I love to buy little jars at the dollar store to keep them in so I can just grab one and shoot it back!
