Can ginger juice reduce belly fat?

The anti-inflammatory properties and antioxidant properties of ginger work well in melting down fat, reducing bloating, fixing constipation, and improving digestion.

Do you peel ginger before juicing?

5 stars for the recipe but you write that ginger can melt belly fat and i’d really love to see a study quoted that supports thiss statement. i’d love for it to be true but it seems too good to be true
