Ingredients:

How to make this broccoli salad recipe:
- Wash and cut the broccoli into small pieces.
- Steam or blanch the broccoli until al dente. Set aside and allow to cool completely.
- In a large bowl, add the grated carrot, apple, spinach, sunflower seeds, and cooled broccoli.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, fresh orange juice, lemon juice, tamari, maple syrup, miso, salt, and pepper, and adjust the seasoning to taste.
