👩‍🍳 How to Make Barista Oat Milk

  1. Soak the cashews for 1 – 2 hours.
  2. Drain and rinse the cashews.
  3. Transfer to a blender along with the coconut flakes, oats, salt, and filtered water.
  4. Blend until smooth.
  5. Strain through a milk bag or cheesecloth into a medium-sized bowl.
  6. Pour into glasses and enjoy!!
  7. OR if you are going to make one of the flavored editions, blend the milk with the ingredients listed and pour over ice if specified. Note: the iced coffee is better if you add the milk in after the coffee if poured over ice.
  8. Adjust flavors to taste and enjoy!

Has anyone tried freezing this? I want to make a larger batch to save time and to last for the week so was thinking I could put 3 days worth in the fridge and another 3 days worth in the freezer and then make agin on the 7th day! Will it freeze and defrost OK? Thanks
