Why you’ll love this baked goat cheese dip:

- Quick Prep: Prep this in only 10 minutes then bake it up. So easy to make!
- Versatile: Swap out the herbs for what you prefer, and use vegan cheeses if you want to make this plant-based
Ingredient Notes:
Goat Cheese: Goat cheese is actually full of beneficial probiotics, so it’s great for your gut health. On top of that, it’s so delicious and creamy. Goat cheese is great in salads, on its own, on crackers, in recipes, in pastas, the list goes on and on.
Olive Oil: I made this recipe with Bona Fortuna Olive Oil. This olive oil is one of my favs and a necessity in my kitchen. I used their limited release Grand Cru extra virgin olive oil. It’s made with a blend of the best olives, and is so flavorful. I can’t stress enough the importance of using a quality olive oil in your cooking. It makes SUCH a difference. This oil is great as a finishing oil on things like soup, pizza, dips, etc.
How to make baked goat cheese:
- Preheat the oven to 400F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- To a small square baking sheet of choice, add the olive oil, onions, garlic, tomatoes, goat cheese, oregano, pepper and chili flakes. Bake for 50 minutes or until the mixture is completely bubbly and the goat cheese is golden in color.
- While that bakes, cut your desired bread loaf into thin slices, coat with more olive oil and brush with a fresh garlic clove. Cook on the parchment live baking sheet for 5 minutes on each side once the goat cheese has been in the oven for 40 minutes. Remove both dishes once cooked.
- To a small bowl, combine 3 tbsp. of olive oil, chopped fresh oregano and basil. Stir till combined.
- Serve this oil on top of the goat cheese dip with a drizzling of honey! Dip with bread and live your best life!
